Extension Labs started with a simple frustration: property managers spend their days buried in maintenance requests and leasing admin — often after hours and across languages — and most of it could be handled by AI. We set out to give every property team an AI coworker that actually does the work.

What began as a single maintenance-triage agent has grown into Extension — a platform of multilingual AI coworkers that handle maintenance and leasing end-to-end for property managers across the UK and Europe, with a human always in the loop.

We don't just build chatbots. We build agents that take real action — triaging requests, dispatching vendors, qualifying leads, and replying to residents in their own language — with the security and audit trail property teams need.
